Suggestions/Recommendations?

A while back, my therapist suggested that I download a workout app,( but I wasn't ready to put in any work at the time) that also tells you what to eat. Ive had a very rough year and gained weight, now I'm finally ready to start changing bad habits, and taking care of my health physically and mentally.

Therapy definitely helped me realize so much things, and that, I can feel beautiful, happy, and healthy again. I feel ready! I hope I can do it!

Can you guys suggest a workout app that I can start at home? Any other suggestions that can help me on my journey? Thanks alot in advance!
