What time is your babies last nap of the day and what time do they go to sleep?

LO is 6 months and I’m wondering how late I should let her sleep during the day. She’s normally down for bed at 7:30 PM.

My babe is 20 weeks. He gets a cat nap from 5:45-6:15 and is asleep between 7:45-8:00. Apparently keeping the last nap short and within a good wake windows from bedtime is key so we’ve been trying to do that as consistently as we can.
