Acne pls help!!!!

I have been really struggling with acne for the past two years. This picture is actually a good day for me. I go to the dermatologist, I was my face morning and night, wear pimple patches while sleeping, moisturize, and wear sunscreen. (All of the products I use have been approved by my dr). I was wondering if this acne could be a sign of any other problems like pcos. I also want to start taking meds for it and wondered if anyone had any experience or recommendations?
