Subchorionic hemorrhage and hcg drop

Had any had a pregnancy with a subchorionic herorrage and a decrease in ur hcg and still have a good pregnancy I’m really worried I have been spotting off and on and my first hcg was 99084. They redid it today and it was 74510. Update. Doctor called me today to tell me I’m miscarrying and to get another hcg test tommrrow and we will go from there if it goes down we will talk about dnc. Well I read online ur not to test hcg after 10 weeks cause if the yoke sac is Gone and the placenta take over the hcg will drop well I asked for a ultrasound to see if baby has heart beat and is growing or not she said she don’t feel comfortable with that we will see what blood work says that tells us more well I was all torn up at though of losing my baby I desided to go get ultrasound somewhere else baby heart beat was 180 moving like crazy measuring 2 days ahead What do I all think about all this
