Which urine is most concentrated?
I know FMU is supposed to be best. I am asking this because my 2nd morning urine was darker than my FMU today, and I'm half tempted to test again.
Darker urine would be less "watered-down", right? Would that make the hormone level stronger? My FMU was approximately a 10 hour hold, but my 2nd MU was probably about 3 hours.
Thoughts?
