All day Braxton Hicks..?

I'm almost 34 weeks I had sex around 5am and he finished inside (tmi I know sorry) but ever since then I've been having what I assume are Braxton hicks contractions ALL DAY! They have been pretty painful probably a 3-4 compared to really labor and I'm having 5+ an hour. Is it normal to have then all day? They aren't consistent the length and frequency but idk I don't think its real labor but could this be the start. I know sperm can soften the cervix.
