Wondering what this is…

Last month I seemed to have gotten my period a week early (very weird for me). But I didn’t thjnk much of it. The past few weeks I’ve been nauseous, back pain, really sensitive and emotional. I assumed it was my PMDD. My period was late (not by much). I’ve had a flex cup when I felt blood coming down my leg which was odd. I went to take it out and this little bean came out. I’ve experienced all kinds of clots but this seems different. It’s almost hard? Now I’m bleeding through tampons really fast. Does anyone know what this could be? Just lining? Miscarriage? 😬😬 thank you!!
