So discouraged :(
Went to my appointment today at 39+3 and still absolutely no dilation… I don’t know if I’m effaced at all. I’ve been planning for a low intervention, no medication labor for my entire pregnancy and I’ve done everything I can to prepare my body yet it seems to be working against me. I’m doing my best to stay positive, but I’m so tired..
