Contractions ? ?

Question

So I’ve had lower backaches and tightening of my uterus every single time & I even started timing them 
Contractions:
75 seconds 11:40 to 11:41
11:51 to 11:52 65 seconds
12:00 to 12:01 42 seconds(clock was already on 12:00)
12:08-12:09 80 seconds
12:19-12:20 61 seconds

Yes sounds like it is ! Drink some water and lay down for a bit and see if it persists . If they do I would suggest going to L&D to make sure baby is alright

Your body has practice contractions with Braxton Hicks. They can even be fairly regular. If they don’t cause a cramping sensation as well Then they likely are not real, working contractions. As someone suggested, lie down and rest/drink some water.
