Christmas breakfast

Y’all, I know it’s early, but what are y’all’s favorite Christmas breakfasts dishes? We will be making cinnamon rolls from scratch but i want to do something other than breakfast casserole this year.

*My husband comes from a family where they celebrated Christmas but there was so much pomp and manipulation thrown in there that he hates the holiday. So for the last 4-5 years we’ve been doing our own small thing. Now that we have a 2 year old we give only books, an outfit, and 1 toy from Santa, eat a big breakfast, and play together as a group. I know we cannot erase the pain of the holiday for him, but doing something small as a family of 3 is really important. Thanks!!
