Early Labor???

Question

Since about 11am today I’ve been having period like cramps, the dull pain is pretty constant but it gets worse sometimes with a decent amount of tightening in my belly. I’d definitely think that it was early labor but I’m not having the tightening or pain start at the top of my belly/uterus at all, all of the pain is down low.

I lost some of my mucus plug/bloody show last night and the contractions started of as lower, period pains with tightness. I never actually experienced back labor or pain up top. Only really low. I actually was in labor and ended up giving birth this morning. I wish you the best of luck mama!

Just an update, at around 6pm I decided to try to rest while the pain was still bearable, I woke up about an hour later to virtually no cramping or contractions. I was hoping they’d start up again but they didn’t, hopefully they helped me at least dilate a little.
