Post bfp spotting/cramping - help

Hey ladies. I am 9dp5dt, or about 14 dpo. Started getting faint positives at 4 dpt which progressed into beautiful bright bfps. eve had two yesterday that couldn’t be darker if they tried.

Then yesterday I went pee and when I wiped there was the faintest pink discharge- like you have to be looking for it and it’s faint- it has happened off and on yesterday and today. I have had cramping ever since starting progesterone shots, but it’s much more noticeable yesterday and today. Wouldn’t say it’s super painful, but it doesn’t feel good. Seems to be better when I rest.

Long story short I’m scared as hell. Terrified. Had my first beta today and it’s 286, which is great for 9dpt, but I’m scared to death it won’t increase Monday when I retest.

Anyone have any experience or insight?
