LO won’t sleep alone

I’ve seen a few posts about this already :( anyone figured this out please share! My daughter has been such a good sleeper until mid September hits (she was sick on and off for 2 months thanks to daycare) and we’ve been taking turns comforting her at night.. now she won’t sleep alone!!! She’ll wake up 3-4 times a night screaming crying from the top of her lungs, but really nothing is wrong with her… I ended up sleeping on the floor with her last night (normally my husband does it), she didn’t cry again ever since I entered her room.. it’s just this can’t be the solution, especially I’m 28 weeks pregnant right now, sleeping on the floor killed my hips last night 😂

Anywayzzzz please share if any of you figured this out!! How do I get her back to sleeping through the night, alone by herself 😭
