Real bath now??

My little ones cord fell off too soon and we had an issue with the scab reopening and bleeding every time she stretched out and the skin pulled. At her 2 week appointment, the pediatrician cauterized it with silver nitrate, and it hasn’t reopened since! It’s been a week, no bleeding or anything, but she still has a scab. Can we give her a real bath now, or should we wait until the scab is gone?
