Really hoping there’s a chance? My first positive in 14 months

Background- me and my partner have been trying for 14 months to have a baby and this is the first month I have had a full positive on an opk. I took this at 8pm on 18/11/. This was CD 16, my cycles are between 27&31 days usually 28&29. We BD’d on cd 10 but then my partner was ill from cd 12-cd15 and we bd on cd 16 the same day of the positive opk. Would you say there’s a good chance? Ideally soils have been better to bd more but we did bd a few hours after the positive opk. What would you think my chances are?
