Losing hope

Feeling very confused right now and losing hope. Currently headed to the er for severe bleeding ( filling up a large pad in under an hour is unusual for me)

And test this morning coming out near negative after 5 positives Friday and 4 faint lines Saturday evening/night . Also having cramping in the ovary i ovulated from along with dizziness/tiredness and nausea. Husband says i could still be pregnant but something in my heart is telling me I'm not. Ill keep this thread updated but I could really use some support right now
