Gyno versus OBGYN

So this is probably a dumb question but I just started TTC so I’m really not sure the protocol here.

I stopped birth control in June. My period has no returned yet so I called my lifelong gyno to schedule my annual and to have my lack of period evaluated. They no longer take my insurance.

I went online and found another gyno office that does. I called to schedule an annual visit there and at the end of the scheduling phone call the receptionist said “I just wanted to let you know, our office no longer practices obstetrics”

So since I am going to this appointment have my annual check and address my lack of period/ovulation, is it okay to use this doctors office if my end goal is to conceive? I just don’t wanna be stupid and I honestly have no idea if it matters yet 😬 can anyone advise?
