BFP without any symptoms ?

Did anyone teste positive without symptoms? Or is the sore boobs, achy belly kind of a must? 
My first transfer who was a BFP was sooo painful, i would wake up in the middle of the night paralyzed with cramps i couldn’t even stand up… resulted in a d&c so i guess it wasn’t necessarily a good sign… second transfer zero symptoms BFN, third one i did Friday and so far not much… felt little thing Saturday but nothing since… im stressing 😫

Yes!! I’ve done 5 transfers now, only 1 of which was positive and I can honestly say I felt no different for the one it worked! No cramps, no sore boobs, nausea or anything like that in the days after transfer, I got a couple of aches the night before testing (10dp5dt) and assumed my period was about to start so was very surprised to get a positive, and I’m having twins and they say symptoms can come on quicker and be worse with 2, but wasn’t the case for me. Its definitely possible, fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏻🤞🏻✨

Yes it’s possible . I didn’t feel anything new post transfer so I got scared and tested lol. And it came positive.

I have no symptoms at all other than my SI joints hurt. I am 4+2. I had random sharp pains about 3 days after transfer. My hcg level was 40.8 at 8 days after transfer

Hi Laura, we transferred on the same day, you’re not alone! In my experience you never can tell unfortunately.. It’s impossible not to symptom spot and we’re all going to be doing it. I personally don’t think it means anything, our bodies all react so differently to the hormones. My last transfer was a really clear BFP that I’d had very few symptoms with, sadly ended as a chemical but I was still very sure it would be a BFN. Hang in there lovely! Try to occupy your mind with other things if you can xxx
