Labor Smoothie

I’m not one to believe in this kind of stuff. I am 39 +3 with baby #3 and my friend that works in L&D sent me this a couple days ago. I finally got to buying all the stuff and made it and drank it at 8:30pm, it’s now 11:07 and I’m having some pretty hard contractions. Irregular but it’s more than I was having this whole time. SO WE WILL SEE! 😱🤞🏽 my check at 39 weeks I was only 1cm and still head was not dropped so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I will give update if they stick and I go into full labor ♥️
