Sore down there and pregnant ?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and have extra discharge, doesn’t smell out of the ordinary, but the past few days I’ve been sore and when I scratch it (lightly) it burns as if it’s cut,
Does sting a little when I wee but only once I’ve scratched.
Any ideas what it could be?

When you are pregnant, you are more prone to get infections down there. Both your vagina and blather are more sensitive to infections, so have that checked out.

Maybe yeast infection? I only had it once when I was pregnant and I had similar symptoms - itchy and a lot of discharge. No smell or anything else, so I only found out at my regular OB appointment

I mean having discharge at early stage of pregnancy is normal but about the itchiness I don’t think so , I’m 9 weeks and I had discharge and always seems wet but now I’m okay
