Is this kind of bleeding normal?

I'm 10w5d pregnant with baby #1. I also have PCOS and a tilted bicornuate uterus (a congenial abnormality - my uterus did not develop properly when I still in my mom's womb so I have 2 uterus instead of 1).

My husband and I had sex this morning (the first time since we got pregnant). I washed up and peed straight after. However, about 20 mins later, I needed to pee again, and when I wiped, there was blood, it was light red. This got me worried. Is this normal? It's only when I wipe and it isn't on my underwear and it's not flowing. What should I do? 😨😞
