Possible miscarriage

I woke up at 3am to pee and saw my underwear wet and i turned on the light and my heart dropped! I saw reddish brown blood. I wipe and saw more blood and a small clot. I have cramps more intense than usual. I took a test and it’s still a dye stealer, i know that doesn’t matter. I woke up and the blood is brown and one more small clot, i put on a pad and it’s clean. I really pray this is not a miscarriage but i know it is. I am 6 weeks 2 days. My partner and i had sex twice Wednesday and Thursday. My symptoms started to lessen on Tuesday so i was already freaking out now this

Update! Baby heartbeat is 135bmp measuring 6w1d Doctor said everything looks great! Changed my due date to 7/26/22! I am so happy 💙💙💙 said the bleeding was most likely from sex. Thank you all for your well wishes!
