Yellow pinkish spot pregnant plz help

Do anyone know what this is I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and one day and when I wiped I saw this I never had anything like this before I am on antibiotics for treating a BV under urinary tract infection and for some reason when I urinated my stomach started cramping really bad but it stopped after I got up and I saw this weird spot on my tissue I have my first OB appointment in December so I'm kind of stuck guessing until then any suggestions on what to say and what it could be
