Spotting after first dose of menopur

Good morning ladies! I started my first dose of stims last night. This protocol is new to me, I'm in 150 gonal and 150 menopur. Man on man menopur burns. So my last bcp was Monday and I was expecting a withdrawal bleed, well that didn't happen and my nurse said that was ok. This morning I had some spotting after taking menopur last night is that normal? I had menstrual like cramps all night, they were tolerable. Is that normal? It's my first night and I wasn't expecting horrible cramps. How was your experience with menopur?
