4 month old cranky

Hi,

My baby boy is 4.5 months old and going through sleep regression. I’m somewhat surviving it but since last 2 days he is getting extremely cranky during the day. He is bottle fed but he is not liking drinking from the bottle. He is currently on size 2 philips avent nipple and we tried moving him to size 3 but he spills a lot.

He gets hungry and super cranky and doesn’t want to drink. His feed is getting low during the day but during night he is gone.

Anyone going through the same and has any advice?
