Nothing. Unfortunately it’s very common. I was giving my toddler elderberry at one point but stopped when my family member, who is in the medical field, said it doesn’t really do anything 🤷🏼‍♀️

That is a very typical thing to happen especially at her age. We give our son his daily vitamin and an elderberry vitamin and that helped a lot! Plus it’s mandarin season where we are so he’s been eating a lot of those for the vitamin c. It’s so hard to see our little ones sick but it’s actually helps them build a really strong immune system.

Totally normal. Give it a year or 2 and she’ll have great immunity by the time kindergarten comes

My niece is exactly the same! She had conjunctivitis, hand, foot and mouth, a cold, covid, sickness bugs, croup all one after another! She is only 18 months old bless her! What my sister in law has started doing is putting vitamins in her milk that include vitamin D, trying her best to make sure she has a good nights sleep, and including lots more fruit and veg in her diet using like hidden fruit and veg recipes Ahaha. She has only been doing it a month or so and it hasn’t stopped her from getting ill but she recovered quite quick from the cold she recently had so it’s deffo an improvement! I know a few kids that have been the same recently there seems to be a lot going around!
