1st cycle bbt

Tracked my first cycle ever with opk and bd a lot through my peak. Started spotting today so i Guess aunt flow is on her way by Monday which i was expecting her today according to my Flo app . I’m 2-4 days late on glo and Premom app .Gonna start tracking my second cycle for bbt tomorrow with the easy@home thermometer. Should i also do opk now or just after af ? Also how do i know when I’ve ovulated according to my chart? Posting here because I’m desperate to start my own family with the loml & it hasn’t been happening naturally for 2 years.💔 any response is appreciated.
