Painful cramps

Okay so for the past days after having sex I’ve been feeling Sharp pains in my pelvis and lower back and stomach on my right side. It gets worse when using the bathroom or standing up, and or just coughing. this doesn’t feel like period cramps being that I have an iud the pain is much different from what I’m feeling. I have also been really nauseous
