Strange marks on back of leg

Hey all,

I’ve had some strange marks on the back of my leg for about 2 weeks. It’s only the one leg. No pain, no itching. I can’t think of anything that would have cause this and couldn’t seem to find pictures online that really matched it. Any ideas?
