To ERA or not?

What are your experiences with ERA and do you recommend one?

I have had one fresh transfer that implanted but resulted in a loss at 19 weeks and one PGT-tested frozen transfer that did not work. I only have two poor quality PGT-tested embryos left and am thinking about an ERA, but my doc is skeptical about doing an ERA. She says there is no statistical difference in success between women who have had an ERA and those who have not. Not sure if I should do one or not.
