Is my body playing tricks on me?

Starting to think my body is playing mind games with me because it knows how desperate I am.

I’m nauseous, I’m extremely wet down below which has never happened I have sore itchy boobs I’m tired I have back ache and peeing lots more. Little things that don’t happen before my period which is due in 3 days. I bought a test and didn’t because I’m too scared!! Now after all that I’ve got mild cramps so Af is on her way. Does anyone else think they are going crazy??
