Confused?

Has anyone had like a tickling in their ovary area inside to the point you had to scratch the outside?

This happened to me last night and then today I had a little spec of blood when I wiped. I’m on the last day of ovulation and I am not sure what is going on. My husband and I are not trying but we are not preventing either. So I’m not sure what this could be? Implantation? Thoughts?
