How to lose weight?
I’m 135 and I’m 16. I use to be 144-149. I lost some weight but I want to be at least 120. I have more stomach fat. I have an ass which I worked for. However, over quarantine I gained some stomach fat.
I workout on my stomach by doing abs from home. I wanna go to the gym but I definitely don’t wanna go alone. My mom won’t let me ahaha
What else can I try at home to lose the stubborn fat? I don’t eat in the morning nor at lunch it just depends and I never finish it either way. I don’t eat when I come from home, just depends. I do eat dinner though.
