Episiotomy pain?

I had an episiotomy with my daughter born four days ago. The pain and discomfort in the area is not really improving very much making me learning breastfeeding even more difficult. I looked and I don’t have any increased redness or discharge from what can I tell but honestly i don’t know what it’s supposed to look like. Just wondering others experiences in how long it took to stop throbbing/being painful even to move around somewhat normally? No horror stories please I don’t need that anxiety
