i can’t orgasm :(

i’m 19f and lost my virginity about a year ago but have been pretty sexually active within the past year. i have a high sex drive so the act of having sex and pleasing my partner is enough to satisfy me mentally and something i always crave. but lately, i’ve really been wanting to have an orgasm during sex. the closest i’ve been to this is squirting once but that’s it.

whenever i masturbate, i always have an orgasm. i usually achieve this by humping pillows or sheets but it’s just so hard to replicate that feeling during sex. whenever i play with my clit during penetration, it doesn’t feel like much or just feels overly sensitive to the point that it HURTS (same thing when i masturbate, should i see a doctor?). and penetration is great but it doesn’t get me there either. oral doesn’t do it for me either and i partially think it’s because i’m too self conscious to enjoy it and usually avoid it happening if i can. i have used one toy on myself outside of sex and did not enjoy it. as much as i enjoy sex just pleasing my partner, i really just wanna achieve an actual orgasm instead of faking it. i honestly feel broken and i’m not sure what to do :(
