RSV and mild pneumonia

Hello my 3 yr old caught RSV and ended up getting very little pneumonia is what they said. Has anyone had experience with this? She’s on day 5 going on 6 with RSV she looks wayyyyy better the pneumonia was caught Sunday night she began RSV symptoms Friday. I just wanna know what are the signs of her pneumonia getting better. They just prescribe Antibiotics for 7 days. She hasn’t had a fever or been dehydrated she seems pretty normal aside from cough & a little congestion.
