Overweight and pregnant
I don’t know where to start with this. I’m a bigger gal and it was my goal to lose weight before getting pregnant, but as luck has it I’m pregnant now and it came as a bit of a surprise. Since finding out I have changed my eating habits, upped my water intake and started walking more (usual things that tend to help lose weight). I know during pregnancy people tend to gain weight, but has anyone found the opposite? Or found themselves in the same situation as me and these small lifestyle changes helped lose the weight? Or does anyone have some tips? Anything would be appreciated. Thank you ☺️
