Chemical pregnancy - Male factor?

About a year ago we discovered my husbands sperm count was a giant goose egg. In October we found out he has a normal-ish sperm count with high motility however morphology is 100% abnormal (small heads). His Urologist believes this is due to his varicocele but said he had seen other patients with this sperm make up conceive and have healthy babies. I recently had a chemical pregnancy and I’m worried with his morphology I will continuously have miscarriages. Has anyone else had a similar situation? How did it turn out?
