Feeling sore

Is anyone of you also feeling very sensitive and sore where baby is located right now? So pretty down low? I'm almost 18 weeks and started to feel baby a week ago. Not all the time but at least once a day there's one or two kicks, sometimes more. The last few days he has been more quiet. I felt him, but really had to concentrate to do so. But on top of that, since yesterday I feel really sore and sensitive inside. Like it's "raw" in there.. Does this mean things are growing?
