Changing symptoms?

Did anyones early pregnancy symptoms change daily? For example, two days I had terribly sore breasts (felt like they were bruised- especially the right one). Then the following day my breasts felt fine but I had no appetite at all and was so nauseous. Now today I don't have naseua but have slight twinge cramps, backache, and maybe a little more emotional (although that last one may be a coincidence).

I had a vfl yesterday but not dark enough to be sure. At this point I'm concerned that I'm reading into it or that it may be a mc. Are pregnancy symptoms in the first few weeks pretty consistent (ie your boobs don't stop hurting or once you feel a symptom it stays that way) or did your symptoms vary each day?
