Contractions or Braxton Hicks?

I’ve been getting a hard stomach all night and it hurts like cramping and I feel like I gotta pee every ten minutes light weight short of breath is this normal or can someone explain this. I’m stuck at work for the next hour and half. I’m worried baby is moving fine.I’m 31 1/2 weeks :/

That's how Braxton Hicks feel for me. I'm 39+6 but they have felt that way since 26 weeks.

personally i’d say those are constractions bc my braxton hicks don’t hurt either bc everytime i have sex i get painful contractions NOT BRAXTON HICKS  that last for a hr and they settle down and eventually go away everybody is different some women dilate and don’t even know it if you’re worried i’d go get it checked out for YOUR sake not bc other women are telling you it’s fine bc you never know good luck 💛
