Does your baby do this? What do I do?

My son will be 3 weeks old this Wednesday. He is EBF. For the past few days, he has been spitting up a little, soaking his clothes through his diaper (even fresh diapers), and making a face like he’s about to throw up. ( kind of wrecking or gagging... not sure how to explain it)... I’m not sure if he is sick or if something else is going on. His temp runs between 97.4-98.4 *F but hasn’t gone over or under. He has been pretty fussy and we know his stomach is bothering him because he’s gassy as well. Gripe water helps his tummy so he can sleep. More concerned about the spitting up/wrenching like he is going to vomit. The first time I noticed it, I was cooking hamburger meat for spaghetti which I found interesting because that was one smell I couldn’t handle when I was pregnant. Literally the face in the gif is what he’s doing.
