Nap/feeding schedule?

Does anyone have their baby on a good nap/feeding schedule? My definition of that would be

-sleeps through the night

-has minimal fussiness sitting wake windows

-sleeps through the nap without caregiver having to keep going back in to put the baby back down

What's the schedule? How do you get the baby down for a nap?

My poor baby sleeps through the night without needing us, but he's fussy a lot of the day and doesn't nap well. He goes to sleep, but won't stay asleep for naps. I just don't know what to do for him!
