Uti or possible kidney infection?? graphic photos.

I gave birth on the first and ever since then have had severe pain when peeing. I blew it off thinking it was just apart of the healing process, but then I realized those blood clots are coming from my urethra. I was told I have a small “paper cut” on my urethra but i don’t know if that’s what could be causing the blood clots. I went to the doctor today and they did a urine test and examined me and when they noticed the cut on my urethra it’s like they forgot to look at my urine test and they just said that’s probably what is causing my pain and i was too nervous to say anything about it as i had severe anxiety while i was there today. I just feel like they missed a possible bad UTI or kidney infection since any photos i have found online that look similar ended up being a kidney infection. I’m just in so much pain peeing. Does anyone by chance know how to read that urine test and could possibly tell me what they see and what it means? I’m stressing out I just don’t think my pain is all from a cut down there.
