Children sleeping in parents bed all night

My partner and I have different views, we have 3 children, 3.5 years old, 1.5 years old & 13 weeks old. 1.5 year old sleep through in his own bed bar the odd night when he will wonder into us. 3.5 year old will sleep in his bed for about 3 hours then wake at 12 and will be in our bed for the rest of the night. I’m trying my best to break this habit and have him sleep in his own bed so we get some space/adult time. He doesn’t transfer anymore so as soon as we put him back in his bed he kicks off and we’re then up for 1/2 hours putting him back to bed. I wouldn’t mind if he came in say 4/5 o’clock that’s fine, but I don’t think he needs to spend 8 hours sleeping with us as well…
