Milk before bedtime?
How much milk does your toddler have before bed? I give my one year old 100ml of cow milk at least 1 hour after his dinner and just wondering whether this is necessary at this stage. I think it tends to enable him to sleep better but it is not very clear why he may wake up on some nights and not others.
