Please advice ASAP
My three month old is showing signs of teething he has all the teething toys etc but honestly my patience is wearing very thin I need help he’s sticking his finger down his throat and all his milk is coming back up. His clothes the bed everything constantly soaked and it’s really getting to me. Any help would be appreciated
