Advice needed

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have
Covid at the moment.
I went to the toilet through the night and when I wiped the usual vaginal discharge was there but it had a tinge to it. I don’t know if it blood or not but I panicked and I’m scared. I am ringing my doctor when they open. Has anyone had this before?
