I have tried everything! Aquaphor, Aveeno, Aveeno Excema, and nothing is working!!! No new foods introduced, and when she first wakes up it looks the worst…

Definitely call pediatrician, but could be a rash from the drool/reflux-stomach acid in the drool causing irritation on the skin .

Call the pediatrician. It could be eczema that requires something stronger than over the counter lotions. When my daughter has a bad flare up we have to use Eucrisa as it's the only thing that gets the inflammation under control. It could also be a drool rash or very very dry skin. The key with either dry skin or eczema is to keep the skin super moisturized. The pediatrician said if we think we put enough on, put more on to be safe
