My 13 month old has to have surgery

I am really freaking out right now. His surgery is tomorrow. He can’t have any food or breast milk for 5 hours before surgery. I understand this and obviously am going to follow the instructions, but I am so stressed. My little guy uses breastfeeding as a comfort and to deny him that comfort, especially right before he goes through something as traumatic as a surgery is killing me. Anyone have any advice on anything that helped them get through a surgery for their little one? I feel like I’m losing my mind, I’m so stressed.
